In short
- No tracking. No ads, no analytics, no tracking tools — on this website or in the app.
- Only what’s needed. We keep the details you give us and what your account needs to work.
- Never sold. We don’t sell or share your information for advertising.
- Your choice. Ask us to see, correct, or delete your data at any time.
This website
examenogram.com has no sign-up, no forms, no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party scripts. Our fonts are hosted on our own servers, so visiting the site does not contact Google or anyone else.
Like every website, the page is delivered by a hosting service (Amazon CloudFront), which needs your IP address to send the page to your device. We do not keep access logs for this site.
What the Examinogram app stores
We only store information you give us, or that your account needs in order to work:
- Account details — your name, username, email address, phone number, and password. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash; nobody, including us, can read it. We use these to create your account, sign you in, verify your email, and help you reset your password.
- Profile details you choose to add — such as a photo, bio, date of birth, nationality, education, achievements, and social links (and, for mentors, a mentor profile). These are optional, and your visibility settings control what others can see.
- Your study activity — exams you take, your answers and scores, the courses and library items you enroll in, and your study planner, so the app can show your results and progress.
- Purchases — when you pay with bKash, bKash handles your payment details; we never see your bKash PIN. We keep the transaction reference, amount, and status, plus your Wallet balance and history.
- For mentors — the content you publish, your earnings, and your withdrawal requests.
- Technical logs — when the app talks to our servers, we record the time, the request, your IP address, and the app or browser type. We use these only to keep accounts secure and to fix errors, never for profiling or advertising.
The app asks for access to your photos only when you choose to upload a picture, and only the picture you pick is uploaded. If the app sends notifications and you allow them, we store a device token so they reach your phone (delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging). We do not access your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.
What we never do
- Show ads or use advertising IDs.
- Use analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting tools that follow you around.
- Track you across other apps or websites.
- Sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
- Send marketing emails. We only email you about your account, such as verification and password-reset codes.
Services that help us run Examinogram
We use a small number of providers, only to run the service and only for that purpose:
- Amazon Web Services — servers, file storage, website delivery, and sending account emails.
- MongoDB Atlas — the database that stores your account and activity.
- bKash — payment processing when you choose to pay with bKash.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivering notifications, if you allow them.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal details. We may keep payment records where the law requires it. Technical logs are kept only for a limited time, for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices and deleting your account
You can view and update your profile, email, phone number, password, and profile visibility in the app at any time.
To get a copy of your data or to delete your account, emailinfo@examenogram.com from the email address on your account, so we can confirm it’s you. We’ll delete your account and personal details and confirm by email.
Students and children
Many Examinogram users are school students preparing for SSC and HSC. If you are under 18, please use Examinogram with your parent’s or guardian’s permission. Parents and guardians can contact us to review or delete their child’s account.
Keeping your data safe
All connections to Examinogram are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and access to our systems is restricted to the people who run the service.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
